Description
The technological advances of the last 10 years have caused a significant change in the real estate appraisal profession. Nearly all databases are computerized and import/export data through Excel. Therefore, it is imperative that appraisers easily be able to retrieve, list, and analyze large quantities of data using Excel. You will use the MLS to learn how to: • Sort and filter data • Highlight duplicate data • Calculate mean and median values • Statically analyze data using data regression • Conditional formatting and how to create a scatter chart • Accomplish tasks with more confidence and effectiveness
